About Chaska
Chaska is located in the beautiful Minnesota River valley in the southwestern Twin Cities metro area of Carver County. It is located 27 miles southwest of Minneapolis and covers about 14 square miles. The city is served by the public school district of Chaska 112 and the Guardian Angels School.
The city was founded about 150 years ago, and still preserves many old buildings fashioned from the cream-colored brick for which the area is known. In addition, the city of Chaska is proud of having one of states’ best public parks and open space systems in the state of Minnesota!
