The Wiggle Room is becoming the most popular room in the house. Sellers want to price their home to sell, but they know the buyer will probably offer less than asking price. Sellers want a little Wiggle Room to work with an offer. Everybody a buyer knows is giving them real estate advise. Buyers are being told they can practically steal a house in this “buyers market”. This is obvious by the outrageously low offers we are seeing. The good news is that buyers are ready to buy and they are making offers. Counter offers are going back and forth more than they used to. Eventually a common ground is met and the sold sign goes up. Make sure your Realtor is a dynamite negotiator ! Your wallet will be able to tell the difference.
