Your Realtor does this kind of work every day and knows what to ask the builder and is often times able to negotiate price and upgrades. Having your Realtor involved in the entire new construction process is extremely important. Should issues arise during the building of your new home, your Realtor will work directly with the builder for resolution meeting your best interests.
